What can we do to repair some of the skin damage caused by our sun exposure?
- Prevention is key (sunscreen and clothing/hats, natural fragrance free soaps and moisturizers)
- Once you see the skin starting to breakdown (dryness, cracking, itching etc) you will want to use products containing aloe vera, green tea, vitamin c, hyaluronic acid etc.
- Of course getting skin checked by a dermatologist regularly as well
In the video: One of my favorite DIY skincare hacks for the summer is a cooling cucumber and aloe vera face mask. Simply blend together a cucumber and add a scoop of aloe vera gel for a soothing and hydrating treatment. Leave it on for 15 minutes and rinse off for refreshed and glowing skin.

Protect Your Skin and Keep The Bugs Away
Bug Stick
All Natural Sunscreen
I would recommend if you’re headed out to enjoy the sun and nicer weather, carry with you a bottle of water, stay hydrated, and carry your sunscreen and a bug repellent.
You want to make sure you’re protecting your skin from the heat and it’s no fun if you’re celebrating to be itching everywhere.
Hi, I’m Tiffany!
I’m a biochemist and so I stay at home with my children and of course my family is super important to me and of course your family is as well.
That’s why I love that we have sunscreen that we can use for the whole family. The bug stick works for the whole family as well. You’re protected and you’re nourishing your skin the best way that you can with the things that the Lord has given us in nature.
Our elderberry syrup, it’s great for reducing inflammation. There’s actually studies that show that elderberries reduce the length of time of the cold and flu virus in your body.
If you’re suffering from those terrible coughs that are going around right now, our cough syrup has some amazing, properties that will help to support your respiratory tract, soothe that cough, but also keep that from going and settling to your lungs.
Blemish Box
A few tips we shared and some we didn’t get to:
1. So many things affect our skin like diet, products and hormones. (Dairy, alcohol, fragrances and perfumes, stress and anxiety)
2. Always double wash your face and stay clear of harsh cleansers that can dry out the skin. Get my free skincare guide.
3. Moisturize even if you have oily prone skin. (Make sure to use one that can absorb and penetrate the skin without clogging)
4. Adding in B vitamins can help decrease blemishes
5. Pomegranate Oil and Turmeric Oil have both been shown to help with acne by reducing scarring and killing the bacteria that causes acne. (Both of which are in our Blemish Beauty Bar and Blemish Spot Treatment)
“He causes the grass to grow for the cattle, And vegetation for the service of man, That he may bring forth food from the earth, And wine that makes glad the heart of man, OIL TO MAKE HIS FACE SHINE, And bread which strengthens man’s heart.” Psalm 104: 14-15
