Paleo Turkey Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Whole Butter Lettuce
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/3 cup green onion chopped
  • 1 large carrot shredded
  • 2 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat sesame oil in medium skillet on medium heat.
  • Brown ground turkey.
  • Cook until almost done.
  • Add green onion, shredded carrot, ginger and coconut aminos. Cook until onions and carrots are limp. Stir in minced garlic, white wine vinegar, dijon mustard, honey and salt.
  • Spoon the turkey mixture in the center of the butter leaves.
  • Enjoy!
