Paleo Turkey Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
- 1 Whole Butter Lettuce
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/3 cup green onion chopped
- 1 large carrot shredded
- 2 tbsp garlic minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in medium skillet on medium heat.
- Brown ground turkey.
- Cook until almost done.
- Add green onion, shredded carrot, ginger and coconut aminos. Cook until onions and carrots are limp. Stir in minced garlic, white wine vinegar, dijon mustard, honey and salt.
- Spoon the turkey mixture in the center of the butter leaves.
