I enjoy making juice once a week for myself and neighbors as a added/quick way to get vitamins and nutrients into mine and my toddlers body. Since beginning a juicing regime as a healthy snack, not a cleanse or meal substitute about a year ago, I have noticed many health benefits depending on the ingredients used. These added benefits as well as increased energy and the ability to meet daily nutritional suggestions is why I continue juicing. I hope you all take a leap and enjoy the benefits of juice and juicing as much as Miss K and I do.
